General

We provide construction, renovation, and interior design services, including bungalow construction. Our focus is on creating beautiful, practical spaces tailored to our clients’ budgets.

Unfortunately, no. Godeco does not take on small projects. We require a minimum of three areas, such as the kitchen, three bedrooms, living room, and toilets.

Godeco focuses exclusively on landed properties. We do not handle projects for high-rise units like apartments or condominiums.

Godeco focuses on residential projects, including new constructions, renovations, and extensions. We are equipped to manage various project types and scales with expertise.

To begin, simply reach out to us and schedule a consultation. During the session, we’ll discuss your objectives, budget, and timeline. After the discussion, we’ll prepare a comprehensive proposal detailing the work scope and estimated costs.

We are based in Seri Kembangan, Selangor. Currently, Godeco serves clients in the Klang Valley and Kuala Lumpur areas only.

Budget & Payment

What is the minimum budget to use Godeco’s services?

Our services start from a minimum budget of RM100,000, while larger projects, such as full house construction, begin at RM800,000+. Contact us for a personalized consultation.

The cost is calculated based on the details of the work, including materials, labor, and any additional services needed. Once we’ve completed the consultation and design process, we’ll provide a comprehensive quote outlining all expenses.

Payments are broken into stages: an upfront deposit, followed by installments aligned with key project milestones, and a final balance upon completion. All payment terms will be specified in the agreement for clarity.

Design

Does Godeco offer design consultations?

Yes, we provide free design consultations to help you understand the process and recommend the best solutions based on your budget and requirements.

Absolutely! We can bring your vision to life with themes like modern minimalist, rustic, Scandinavian, or contemporary—tailored specifically for you.

Yes, changes are allowed, but it’s important to let us know as early as possible to avoid delays or additional costs. We permit up to three revisions to the design; any further changes will incur extra charges.

Bringing inspiration materials like images, sketches, or a list of desired features can be very helpful. If you have existing property plans or surveys, they’ll also aid in making the discussion more productive.

Yes, we charge a design fee. The amount depends on the complexity of the design, the type of residence, and the size of the area being renovated or designed.

To clarify, design fees are determined by the expertise and value the company brings to the table, and there is no industry standard or code of conduct for setting these fees.

Project

How long does it usually take to complete a project?

Project timelines vary based on the scope. Smaller projects, such as single-room renovations, typically take 2–4 weeks, while larger projects can take 3–6 months or longer. But also depending on how the project is.

Your project will be managed by an experienced designer who will act as your primary point of contact. They will supervise the construction process, coordinate with subcontractors, and ensure the project is completed on schedule and within budget.

Warranty & Quality

Is there a warranty for your work?

Yes, we provide a warranty for our construction projects. The terms and duration of the warranty will be clearly outlined in your contract. We are committed to delivering high-quality work and will address any concerns that arise within the warranty period.

We offer post-construction support to handle any issues you may face after the project is finished. Simply reach out to us, and we’ll arrange a quick resolution to ensure your satisfaction.

We use premium materials and ensure every project is supervised by our experts. Additionally, we provide a Defect Liability Period (DLP), during which we take full responsibility for any defects within the specified period.

We follow strict quality control procedures and comply with all applicable safety regulations. Our team conducts regular site inspections to ensure that every aspect of the work meets our high standards of quality and craftsmanship.

Process

What is the process for booking Godeco’s services?

Our process is straightforward:

  1. Contact us to express your interest and share your project details.
  2. We’ll schedule a consultation, either online or offline, to understand your needs and discuss ideas.
  3. Next, we’ll move to the design stage, where our team will create a tailored design for your project.
  4. Once the design is finalized, we’ll prepare and confirm the quotation with you.
  5. After everything is agreed upon, the work begins, and we’ll bring your vision to life.

Estimation & Comparison

"I’d like to compare quotations with other companies first."

How do you usually compare quotations? Just to clarify, do the other quotes you’ve received include the design or are they just estimates?

In many cases, companies begin with a preliminary estimate. For instance, if they provide a quote of RM300k, and the client agrees, they might ask for a 10% deposit—around RM30k.

Once the client pays the deposit, the company moves forward and presents a new quote based on the final design. This is when hidden costs and additional items often appear, causing the actual price to be higher than originally agreed. By then, the client is already locked in, with little room to back out.

At Godeco, we follow a transparent process to ensure you get accurate pricing from the start. Here’s how we work:

  1. We conduct a site visit and take measurements.
  2. Our 2D designers create a layout for your furniture arrangement.
  3. Once the 2D design is approved, our 3D designers develop the full interior design.
  4. Along with the design, we provide a detailed cost estimation.

This approach helps avoid surprises, as you can review both the design and the cost upfront, giving you more confidence in your choices. You can easily decide what to adjust based on your budget.

Once you’re happy with the proposal, you can confirm your commitment with a 30% deposit for the construction fee.
